Masakazu Komatsu was appointed to Meiji Holdings Co., Ltd.’s Audit & Supervisory Board as an external auditor in June 2025.

Masakazu was licensed as an attorney at law and joined Mori Sogo Law Offices in 2002. He established STW & Partners in 2007 and then handled a large number of lawsuits and settlements. In 2014, he established Komatsu Partners (currently Kotohira Partners), where he has been involved in legal affairs and providing advice on legal compliance to corporate clients from a wide range of industries, including companies that have important public responsibilities.

As a member of the Company's Audit & Supervisory Board, Masakazu is expected to advise management from an independent and impartial standpoint, drawing from his extensive experience as an attorney and highly specialized knowledge of corporate legal affairs.
