Shigenori Endou

As general manager of Meiji Holdings Co., Ltd.'s Corporate Administration Department, Shigenori Endou oversees the Meiji Group's corporate administrative affairs while steering its strategic vision.

After joining Meiji Dairies Corporation in 1993, Shigenori was assigned to the administrative department of its Kansai branch. He then gained experience in management and group planning departments as well as at the Tohoku Plant. Drawing from over two decades of administrative expertise, Shigenori helped strengthen corporate governance and lay a foundation for organizational management centered on accounting and budget controls.

In 2021, Meiji Co., Ltd., put Shigenori in charge of the administration department of its corporate development division, where he worked to fine-tune operational foundations and enhance organizational management. He was then assigned to lead the administration departments of the corporate affairs division in 2022 and corporate administration division in 2023. In these roles, Shigenori was responsible for centralizing the company's administration departments in conjunction with structural reorganization, and led efforts to improve the administrative structure of the Meiji Group as a whole.

Appointed as head of the newly centralized administration department in 2024, Shigenori spearheaded key initiatives for supporting the Meiji Group's sustainable growth, including management infrastructure upgrades, improvements of corporate governance systems, measures for enhancing operational efficiency and internal controls, and budget controls and business analyses of the Food segment as a whole.

After highly evaluating Shigenori's solid leadership and extensive experience and expertise, Meiji Holdings appointed him as an executive officer and general manager of its Corporate Administration Department in April 2026.
