Yuko Omae was appointed as an outside director of Meiji Holdings Co., Ltd., in 2026.
Since registering with the Dai-ichi Tokyo Bar Association in 1996, Yuko has accumulated more than 30 years of experience as a practicing attorney at law. She began her legal career at Kamibayashi Law Office and then joined Cast Law Firm (currently Uryu & Itoga Law Firm) in 2003. She has handled a wide range of cases and held prominent positions in Japan’s legal community, having served as a vice president of the Dai-ichi Tokyo Bar Association and an executive director of the Japan Federation of Bar Associations in 2025.
In addition to her extensive background as a lawyer, Yuko has gained practical experience as a corporate director, and now concurrently serves as an outside director of Open House Group Co., Ltd. A highly trusted expert in both legal and management affairs, she offers astute and professional perspectives on legal affairs, risk management, and sustainability.
