"Moments of Light" by Misato Shikata

[Artist Comments]

From the micro to the macro.
At the smallest scale, it calls to mind nuclei, blood vessels,
and the delicate firing of neurons.
Magnified outward, it becomes something else—
perhaps the concentrated glow of cities,
seen from the cosmos, shimmering with human intensity.

Whichever scale we inhabit,
there is one word we cannot leave behind: connection.

I recall once seeing a broadcast
of neurons alive with motion—
synapses flickering with light—
and feeling a quiet sense of awe:
how beautiful, how mysterious.

That same wonder returns
when I behold the clustered lights of cities from space.
It feels possible only because something, somewhere, is alive.

And so too with the idea of wellness—
it cannot exist without connection.

For each of us, in our own moments,
is given the chance to shine.

"Everyone's Round World" by Yuki Sakura

[Artist Comments]

A world shaped in circles—
gentle, harmonious, and whole.
A form that holds a quiet meaning:
kindness, balance, and a place for everyone.

Different shapes come together,
each unique,each complete,
blending into a shared harmony
that feels both natural and alive.

Within this circle lies a simple truth—
that each of us, just as we are, already belongs.

"A Journey Through Japanese Tales " by KOTO

[Artist Comments]

For me, I travel through reading stories. Sometimes I ride the Galaxy Express, and sometimes I travel with Yaji and Kita in the world of their stories. When I read a story, if feels like I am actually traveling in that world. I drew this as if I were traveling through the poems, haiku, Japanese waka poetry, and legends associated with Japan’s 47 prefectures.

"Flowers bear fruit and flap their wings" by miho

[Artist Comments]

I chose the subject of lilies because of the location of Yurigaoka and the name of the facility, comes from Lily (lily). In addition, I thought of using birds and butterflies to represent the flapping wings of employees who learned from the training program. The warmth of small exchanges and human interaction through a little "hand to hand" interaction is expressed by the hands. We hope that this will help our employees who use this place to gain something and bear fruit, just like flowers, and to leave for their respective places.

"To the Children of the Future" by DAIKI

[Artist Comments]

Children who died in the war could have a bright future. No one should have taken that away from them. I drew this picture with the hope that there would be no more wars on this Earth, and that the future would be peaceful, filled with respect and love.

"Smile for People Around the World" by Risa Izumi

[Artist Comments]

I was very happy to receive the request to "portray the Meiji Group, which delivers health value to customers around the world, in a cheerful and lively manner." I painted smiles on the faces of people all over the world. I expressed a world with a big heart in the middle, full of love, people with different skin colors and hair colors, but all connected with a smile. I had a lot of fun while painting this picture.
